Thinking About Moving In?

Here are some things that are good to know if you're thinking about moving into one of our condos:

-We are BYU approved housing for single student women.  We use the BYU contract (read it here) and we have a one page Addendum with specific things for the owner of the condos (read the addendum here).  You still need to abide by all of the BYU living standards if you choose to live in BYU approved housing, whether you're a BYU student or not.

-All of our contracts have a deposit of $200 + your monthly rate.  Rent price is dependent on which condo and sometimes which bedroom, so the deposit may vary.  The deposit is due when the contract is signed.

-We cannot reserve spaces/rooms for anyone without having a contract signed and the deposit received.  If you live out of state, we would be happy to mail you a contract to fill out, and your space will be reserved once we receive the contract and deposit check.

-In accordance to the BYU Housing Handbook, we have the right to ask any potential tenants for information about their criminal records, evictions from previous owners, and student status.  This may include information about past rental history, income source of the applicant, and references of at least two past owners and financial institutions and places of employment.

-As managers, we may also be able to ask new residents to produce two forms of I.D. and take a photograph of all residents to keep on file when they pick up their keys. For those with automobiles, we may request to see driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
