Having been a BYU student myself, I know that cleaning checks are not everyone's favorite part of the year, but we all enjoy the benefits of living in a freshly cleaned apartment.
Cleaning checks will be at least once a year, but they may be as often as once a month. We, the managers, will inform all tenants of a cleaning check through e-mail.
We have revamped the cleaning checks duties sheet so they are easier to read and fulfill. You will not need to print out the duties (unless you'd like) as the managers will bring copies of the cleaning check sheets to fill out.

Something to Remember
-All cleaning duties must be done before management arrives to check. If duties are not done, they will be marked as "Fail" and you will be charged $5.00 for a re-check.
If you are moving out, you will not be able to have a re-check. You will be notified of any failed duties via e-mail after you have moved out and an hourly cleaning charge will be taken out of your soon-to-be-returned deposit.
