The condo has access to 2 parking passes. There is one covered and one uncovered parking spot. The parking spot you get is determined by the room you rent (i.e. since there are 3 spots, one has a covered spot, one has an uncovered spot, and one does not have a spot).

Each tenant receives a private key to their bedroom.
